Rhonda began her career in 1988 at Dean Witter/Morgan Stanley at the Southwest Operations Center located in Dallas.  This was the beginning of an exciting career path within the industry, experiencing professional growth, personal development, and some significant organizational change throughout the years.  Rhonda moved throughout the Operational Areas of the organization throughout the 19 years of her tenure, resulting in her being promoted to Vice President of National New Accounts in 2000, where she led a team of 87 individuals for New Account Support and Account Surveillance and Fraud. In 2007, Rhonda made the decision to make a career move and joined HD Vest. 

During her 12 years with HD Vest, Rhonda’s experience of process improvement and oversight was utilized across the Operational Area. During her stint with HD Vest, she was responsible for the leadership of Payroll/Commission, Document Control, Securities Licensing and Registration, Facilities, Advisory Billing and Performance Reporting, and Mutual Fund, Annuity and Alternative Operations Support.  She joined Advisor Resource Council in 2020 as the Operations Manager where her primary focus is Operational Support, Advisory Billing and Payroll, and Registration.

Rhonda and her husband David, live in Mesquite, TX with their dog Sookie.  When she is not in the office, you can almost be certain she will be at the lake enjoying the waterfront view from her deck or fishing.
