With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Brandyn Williams brings a wealth of expertise in client communication, operational efficiency, and advisor support to her role as a Centralized Service Associate at ARC. She plays a crucial role in assisting ARC advisors by streamlining account operations, facilitating money movement requests, and ensuring seamless client service.

Before joining ARC, Brandyn built a distinguished career at RBC Wealth Management, where she held key positions in advisor support and operations. As an Administrative Assistant to Financial Advisors, she was responsible for managing advisor calendars, coordinating client meetings, organizing financial documents, and ensuring compliance during client onboarding. She then advanced to a Complex Operations Associate, where she facilitated trade corrections, handled client fund disbursements, and managed compliance procedures for securities transactions. In her final role at RBC as part of the Investment Advisor Operations team, she served as the primary contact for advisory accounts, overseeing account maintenance, billing, and regulatory compliance.

Brandyn’s earlier career in financial services included roles at TCF Bank (now Huntington Bank), CapitalOne Finance, ResourceOne Credit Union, and Ameriprise Financial, where she specialized in brokerage new business and account transfers. A graduate of Anoka Ramsey Technical College, she discovered her talent for finance through her strong communication and conflict resolution skills, which have been central to her success.

She finds the most rewarding aspect of working with financial advisors to be the hard work, discipline, and dedication they invest in their businesses, as well as witnessing their journey from students to industry leaders.

Outside of work, Brandyn is dedicated to community service. She serves as the PTA Treasurer at Nichols Jr. High School, where she manages financial records and fundraising efforts. Above all, she is a proud and devoted aunt to Phalon (12) and Lonell (20), whom she considers her greatest inspirations.
